If your USPS tracking is showing "pre-shipment" status, this means it has been packaged and will be under USPS control within 24 hours. If after 36 hours your package is still in "pre-shipment" please email us to let us know. This way we can expedite USPS moving your shipment through their system a little quicker.

Mermaid ships domestically using USPS, FedEx and UPS. Orders will ship within 12 days of purchase. Mermaid ships from both our Las Vegas, NV & Malibu, Ca. distribution centers.

Estimated shipping time in the US, after order is processed in packaging, are as follows:

East Coast - 2 -4 business days

Central US - 1 - 4 business days

West Coast - 1 - 3 business days

International:

Delivery times for international orders are quoted by USPS as 7 - 21 business days from the day your order leaves US customs. Mermaid has NO control over your parcel once it has left US Customs. We will not refund orders, shipping cost or exchange products that are left with your country's customs house, not delivered or lost... for any reason. We will work with you on locating your parcel, however, it is your responsibility to contact your local courier or customs house to resolve delivery issues once the parcel has left US Customs. Once the parcel leaves US customs you should still use the original tracking number you received with the normal delivery service for your area and/or your customs house.
